RETURN POLICY
We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or in-store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before you purchase (a quick note on sizing)
Because returns are free, we kindly ask that you review the sizing details before placing your order (size chart, product notes, and fit guidance). This helps ensure you get the best fit the first time and helps us keep complimentary returns available for everyone.
How to start a return:
To start a return, contact us at support@lorenzaalessandra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale items, undergarments, and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
